In 2007, I started working as a court reporter for MAG (Ministry of the Attorney General) in the one of the busiest courthouse in Canada; Old City Hall for five years. After taking a leave of absence, I started working for Veiga, a court reporting agency and worked part-time for about 3 and a half years, where I gained experience working in various courthouses in Toronto including, College Park, Scarborough, 1000 Finch, 311 Jarvis and Old City Hall.
Previous to this experience, I was a freelance writer for a number of small publications where I learned to work with deadlines. This experience helped me develop great time management skills. Before that, I was working in the capacity as an administrative assistant for the Ministry of Housing before it wad downloaded to the municipalities and a minor stint at Bayview Glen Church as an executive assistant.
I enjoy hiking, reading and spending time with my husband and family.
